– 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
– 2 tbsp chopped green onions, for garnish

Instructions:

1. Preheat skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, and ginger.
3. Brush the mixture on both sides of tuna steaks. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Pan-fry tuna for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked to desired doneness.
5. Meanwhile, toss broccoli florets with sesame seeds and a pinch of salt.
6. Add broccoli to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until tender but crisp.
7. Serve tuna steaks with sesame broccoli and garnish with green onions.

Cooking Time: 12-15 minutes
