And since it’s always brighter than a midday sun inside with all those fluorescent lights, at least during those late hours you’ve got the quiet to help you relax. If you’re set on getting pancakes here in the morning though, the booths are comfortable to sit in and they have high chairs too.

It’s spacious and clean looking, with a welcoming vibe that feels more like you’re hanging out in a comfortable living room than a restaurant. But unlike your living room, the food here is actually delicious. This place serves great dishes like onion rings, quesadillas, and fried deviled eggs, and you can enjoy tasty treats like parmesan garlic chips with your meal.

We’d brave any crowd for their free comedy show “Laugh in the Box” and specialty cocktails, but coming here on a pleasant evening means we can spend some time on their amazing patio. On nicer nights, you can enjoy your Peach Daiquiri under the open sky. But even if you’re inside, soaking up the speakeasy vibe with classic movie posters lining the walls is a great way to start the night.

Tiller’s Kitchen and Bar has been welcoming guests for years and at this point is a Westminster classic. Part of that has to do with consistently delicious food, but it’s also because of their incredible clean, spacious environment that feels like you’re at a friendly gathering where smiling is strongly encouraged. It’s a great spot for everyone – you’ll see business travelers and vacationers alike – and during lunch there are always people celebrating deals.
There are always friendly staff like Abriana and Valerie attending to dietary restrictions and you can sit there enjoying the great ambiance, or you can order more super crispy wings and actually consider buying a wagyu burger like you’ve always wanted.

The clean, elegant new space with its bright, welcoming atmosphere is one of the best places in Westminster to enjoy a hearty breakfast and savor some truly delicious Latin fare.
It’s straightforward and satisfying, but comes with excellent green chili and generous portions, which adds something special to it.
Bender’s Bar & Grill

There are always a few game nights during the season when you decide to catch the action at the arena and get hungry enough to feed the entire cheering section. Then once you get there, you realize that you don’t actually want to miss a single play and would rather just stay in the perfect spot. To start things off, go to Bender’s Bar & Grill right above the ice.
The bar offers a comfortable view of the rink below, there’s an amazing sports vibe and the service is way better than you’d expect from a casual spot, and their food is also really good. We like the standout Mac and Cheese and getting chicken tenders and onion rings to go with it. Afterward, have someone flag down Christa for another round – she’s always attentive without interrupting the game.
Park Center Lounge Karaoke Bar & Grill

The karaoke stage at Park Center Lounge feels like it could be on the other side of a high school talent show, with neon signs and nostalgic decor everywhere, but instead of nervous teenagers, there are friendly servers bringing you cold beers. Whenever we have big plans to do absolutely nothing but have fun, this is where you’ll find us.
Grab a pitcher of Odd 13 IPA from the tap and settle in for an evening of slowly letting your voice get hoarse while not caring because you’re exactly where you’re supposed to be.
Windfall Brewing Co.

Brewery visits are as synonymous with Colorado as mountain views and craft beer culture. But thanks to Westminster, street parking can be a challenge, even though it seems totally manageable on your end. That’s when we head to Windfall Brewing Co. They make some of our favorite beer in the area, and if going in on a few IPAs isn’t your idea of fun, they also make an excellent Goat cheese burger.
Pair that with their impressive arcade area and the only thing missing from this ideal “brewery” experience is a designated driver.
Culver’s

Winter weeknights are the perfect excuse to start scraping the bottom of the craving barrel for something that hits just right, just so you can have a valid reason to indulge in some comfort food after a long day. And after you realize that nothing else will satisfy and you selflessly volunteer to treat yourself, you should head to Culver’s.
Their clean, welcoming interior is the best place to get a feel for what reliable fast food should be, all while you savor a bacon Butterburger and cheese curds and plan your next bite so you don’t miss out on the frozen custard.

Everything at this breakfast spot in Westminster is designed for morning crowds, except for the online wait-list that helps manage the sometimes long lines. Otherwise, it’s a bustling eatery with tables full of people enjoying well-portioned breakfast burritos and sipping tasty mixed drinks like Bloody Mary’s.
While you’re probably not coming here for a quick bite, it’s a great place to spend a leisurely morning when you’ve got nothing better to do or you’re craving something more substantial than cereal. The only thing that’s missing is more seating, probably so they can keep the friendly staff like Joseph S. attentive and efficient because no one would want to rush through such fantastic food.
