The specialty here is the crispy pork belly, and you’re ordering it whether it’s your first or 50th time here. The pork is roasted perfectly, with skin that crackles and meat that’s super juicy and tender. But HuaKee isn’t a one-hit wonder.
There are other good things on the menu like the flavorful roast duck, the tender BBQ pork plates, and more stuff that comes with that signature smoky-sweet glaze.
HuHot Mongolian Grill

There are multiple locations of this excellent Mongolian spot across the country, but the Westminster location is our favorite. The customizable grill is the main attraction here, but the variety of sauces is a must-try too. The combination of fresh vegetables, tender meats, and flavorful sauces cooked right before your eyes can make you forget all about your daily stresses.
Piled onto one of HuHot’s excellent bowls with your choice of noodles or rice, it’s everything we love about stir-fry, hot pot, and interactive dining all rolled into one.

Li’s Chinese Restaurant is a pure distillation of Westminster’s Chinese dining culture. It’s delivery-focused, you can order online, and every day of the week, starting at lunchtime, it’s got a mix of regulars and newcomers appreciating its consistent quality. But don’t just get the standard dishes.
After you place your order, ask about the steamed chicken and vegetables, where you can choose from four sauces on the side that are perfectly balanced, with the ‘white sauce’ being particularly delicious at complementing without overwhelming.
Panda Buffet

Panda Buffet will make you thankful for your appetite, because without it, you’d probably never appreciate this classic Chinese buffet spot, where every inch of the buffet line is covered by delicious options waiting to be discovered. Right before you hit the main stretch of Arvada’s dining scene, you’ll spot one last Chinese spot calling you in for a $7 lunch special. The name is a little more straightforward than it needs to be, especially because there’s another Chinese restaurant just a few blocks away. But you won’t regret the detour if you’re a fan of bright, no-frills neighborhood joints and surprisingly affordable meals.
They also offer complimentary wonton and egg drop soup during lunch hours in case you just realized you forgot to order an appetizer.
Uncle Henry

Come here for the roast duck. It’s crispy and flavorful with skin that shatters perfectly and juicy meat that falls off the bone. For an extra two dollars, we like ours with a side of noodle soup loaded with BBQ pork. But if you’re in the mood for something rich and tender, get the char siu pork with its sweet glaze and melt-in-your-mouth texture. The food comes out quickly, so it works if you’re hungry and ready to eat.
