RASOI HOUSE by Spice Room is a cozy Indian restaurant with a handful of tables and some of the best complex flavors in Colorado. While there’s a warm and comfortable atmosphere here, don’t get too relaxed. You will certainly be asked to savor every bite if you try to come in expecting anything less than fantastic Indian food with dishes like Tikka Masala, Korma, and Banana Pakoras.
It’s a great spot for a date or an extravagant dinner, but we especially love finishing a long week and celebrating here with multiple orders of those generous portions.
Curry Kingdom An Indian Eatery

Curry Kingdom is a popular local Indian spot with consistent crowds and fantastic curries. Arrive early if you can, otherwise, they accommodate walk-ins with friendly patience. When you finally settle in, select something from the well-curated and reasonably priced list of Indian whiskies, and then order the Chicken Tikka Masala and Paneer Saag to begin.
The main dishes are all excellent—they’ll expertly spice just about any classic you can imagine—but make sure your order includes the Rogan Josh and Colorado lamb, too.
Namaste India Restaurant & Bar

Tucked away in an Arvada shopping plaza, Namaste India looks more like a casual neighborhood spot than a serious destination for Indian cuisine. But don’t be fooled—this unassuming restaurant serves up some truly exceptional food.
Whether it’s the rich and creamy butter chicken, the perfectly spiced lamb kebab tandoori, the superb vegetable korma, or the garlic naan that’s just the right amount of garlic, the dishes here are delicious across the board, and everything outside of the thali platters falls under $20.
Spuntino

Spuntino is the most exciting thing to happen to Westminster since the time people discovered you could get amazing pasta outside of Little Italy. Unlike most restaurants that sit in a strip mall, Spuntino falls into the category of “Cozy Date-Night Spot To Be Seen At.” The candlelit dining room is warm enough for you to feel the intimate atmosphere, but not so dim that you can’t appreciate the perfectly portioned plates.
And practically all of the innovative Italian dishes at Spuntino are worth braving the packed house and making a reservation for. We especially like their amazing pastas, standout dishes that leave you wanting more, and the wine selections shared by passionate servers. Come to Spuntino if you’re looking to impress someone who will appreciate snacking on delicious meals or sipping a couple rounds of thoughtfully paired wine.
MoMo House

Tucked away in a cozy Westminster shopping center, MoMo House is the kind of unpretentious, under-the-radar restaurant that local residents probably don’t want anyone outside their neighborhood to know about.
But sorry to them, it’s too welcoming (and reasonably priced) not to share: The food at this warm, family-friendly spot leans Nepalese, with a great mix of small plates like vegan samosas and tofu momo alongside larger, shareable entrees like pan-fried bison momo or a flavorful curry lamb soup. And since the staff are so knowledgeable about vegetarian and vegan options, you’ll find a thoughtfully prepared menu that offers various ways to enjoy momo to suit however many people you’re dining with.

The star attraction at Curry & Grill Indian & Nepali Cuisine in Westminster is their authentic Indian and Nepali cuisine—flavorful, expertly prepared dishes that are beautifully balanced and aromatic. You’ll find exceptional chicken tikka masala at this warm and inviting spot, but Curry & Grill also shines with their must-try momos and the popular samosa chaat.
Whether you go with their hearty lunch buffet, a plate of the flavorful Masala Burger, or any of their other dishes as your culinary vehicle, you’ll catch serious notes of spices and herbs rising up from the delicious, satisfying food. For our money, you won’t find a more memorable Indian dining experience north of Denver.
Coriander

In a convenient location just off Hwy 6 in Westminster, Coriander is an Indian restaurant that offers ample parking and a relaxed, clean environment. But what really stands out is their variety of vegetarian options and excellent gluten-free choices, making it a great spot for dietary restrictions.
There are several standout dishes you can order from their menu, and while they’re all good, we especially like the creamy Paneer Butter Masala with its well-balanced spices and the slightly creamier-than-expected Chicken Korma. Just keep in mind that parking can fill up during busy times, though there are plenty of places to park nearby. Occasionally, Coriander also serves their delightful in-house Kulfi for dessert—if you see it on the menu, don’t hesitate.
GAIA MASALA & BURGER LODO

Best known as the Indian-Mediterranean fusion spot that you can smell from a block away, Gaia Masala & Burger Lodo is the Westminster sibling of the popular Denver fusion restaurant scene. Much like those spots, there’s a bustling open kitchen area where you can watch naan being freshly baked and calzones being stuffed.
Tikka masala burgers, garlic cheese naan, or flavorful calzones—which come with options like mango lassi or baklava—are every bit as generous and tasty as you want fusion comfort food to be. If you’re dining in during happy hour, you may have to share a bottle of the spicy green chutney from the condiment station, but it’s what you should be dipping your naan in anyway.
