– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 2 teaspoons baking powder
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 cup cold butter, cut into small pieces

6. Place patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, seam-side down. Brush tops with cold butter and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
