El Super Taco is a serious taco restaurant, but one that hasn’t forgotten that not everyone wants to drop a small fortune on something that’ll be gone in minutes. So while you will find plenty of premium options, there are also classic tacos, birria tacos, lots of mid-range choices, and some really excellent options by the plate.
The owner here is particularly great too, so just tell them what you like and how much you want to spend, and they’ll find something you’ll be more than happy with.

This Mexican spot in Easton is best known for its carne asada and the 3:1 odds that you’ll see families sharing massive platters at the table next to you. But given that they serve aguas frescas like horchata and tamarindo, this is also a fantastic place for refreshing drinks. Some of the combo plates with steak dishes are pretty generous, but you’ll also find some simple, great-value tacos and quesadillas on the menu too.
This is the place to try a salsa verde you’ve never tasted or a tostada that isn’t just average.
Don Juan Mex Grill

Don Juan Mex Grill is a very Lehigh Valley spot that serves generous-portioned Mexican food and super-fresh ingredients. So you probably won’t be surprised to hear that they only serve authentic dishes (those made with traditional recipes and without shortcuts). The people here have clearly done their work to put together a thoughtful menu with options to help you figure out whether you’re in the mood for carnitas tacos or a Cuban sandwich.
Antojitos Latinos Restaurant

We’re not saying Antojitos Latinos is on this list because the owner Maritza personally checks on every table with a warm smile. But we’d be lying if we told you that wasn’t a factor. While a lot of Mexican restaurants focus on overwhelming menus and flashy presentations, the people at this Easton spot definitely do not.
Come to Antojitos Latinos when you want to sit in a cozy, friendly atmosphere, eat fantastic pupusas made with special attention, and enjoy a meal described as ‘cooked with love.’
La Perla Tapatia

La Perla Tapatia is one of Easton’s best special occasion restaurants, in a warm and inviting space that will make you want to celebrate every little thing. But, they also know that if you’re spending $25 on those oh so delicious birria tacos, you might be looking to save a little when it comes to drinks. This place has one of the more accessible Mexican restaurant drink lists around, with some great value margaritas and a few cool craft beer options hidden amongst the traditional favorites.
Also, there are no fewer than three homemade salsas on the table.
Mesa Modern Mexican

Unlike that time you tried to make your own tortilla chips at home, Mexican food tastes better when you have it with entertainment. The people at Mesa Modern Mexican understand this, which is why sometimes, they offer live music to complement their flavorful dishes. This is another place where you want to be ordering the fajitas, if only so you can enjoy the sizzling platter with the lively atmosphere that makes the meal feel like a celebration.
Taco Bell

One way you can tell that Taco Bell is a fast-food restaurant is that your order arrives in under three minutes. Another way is that you’re guaranteed to find something you’ll crave here. Unsurprisingly, there’s a lot of Mexican-inspired items on the menu, and there aren’t a whole lot of premium-priced options, but Taco Bell has a great mix of flavors and generally friendly staff who can help you choose the right sauce.
Amigos Mexican Grill

If you’re into Mexican food (or think you’d like to be into Mexican food), Amigos Mexican Grill is where you should be eating it. The menu here is packed with fresh, flavorful options, with dishes ranging from affordable to moderately priced. Moe’s Southwest Grill

All three Moe’s Southwest Grill locations have great (and different) menu options, but the Easton spot is the only one with a ‘Massive Burritos’ section. Most of the choices here are fresh and generous, with standout Adobo chicken and queso that are all served fast, which makes sense when you’re grabbing a quick lunch or dinner. There’s also a clean kitchen you can appreciate, but if you’re spending your time waiting here, we’d argue it should be for the really good food.
Taqueria La Plaza

If you’re a purist who needs your Mexican food with all the traditional trimmings and every salsa blazing hot, Taqueria La Plaza might not be your spot. But if you’re happy with authentic street food that tastes like it came straight from someone’s abuela’s kitchen (and you don’t mind limited vegetarian options), the cabeza gorditos and tongue tacos here are only going to make your casual lunch better.
Expect some simple pleasures, like horchata that’s smooth without too much cinnamon – but it’s all part of Easton’s genuine Mexican eating experience.

When Cancun of EASTON first opened its doors, you’d have to wait in line just to get a table during peak hours. These days, you can usually walk right in, which is great news if you love Mexican food, because Cancun serves some of the best traditional cuisine in the entire area. And luckily that doesn’t just mean heavy, overly complicated dishes – they make incredible $12 fajitas and burritos, too.
All those delicious options can make choosing difficult, but the staff are smart and hard-working, and will help you pick the perfect meal, whether you’re dining in or getting fast delivery, to satisfy your whole family.
