The perfectly cooked fillet has the ideal balance of crispy seasoning and tender flakiness. This is one of the best walleye dishes in Michigan.

Settle in for the full fine dining experience, or request a slightly quicker pace if you prefer your meal with less European nuance. Of the two, the Beef Filet Mignon reigns supreme.
Tender and served with perfect accompaniments—this is a phenomenal main course for around fifty dollars.
